The Cherokee Indians have watched over the Blue
Ridge Mountains of the Southern Appalachia as
long as the Hawk has sailed high above on the
mountain's winds. Today only their spirit remains.
The art work embodies this lingering spirit of a
lone Cherokee keeping watch over the eternal
mountains. Like the mountains the face of the
Indian has weathered the trials of time and has
become one with the mountains.

Original Watercolors are created by using a historic archival-quality paint
and watercolor paper. The paint is handcrafted using natural blackberry honey, pure
gum arabic, glycerine and the most lightfast pigments available. This paint allows the
subject to come alive with extraordinary strength and intensity of color. The premium
watercolor paper is acid-free and cold pressed.
Ltd. Edition prints are individually signed and numbered by the artist.

produced using the giclee (zhee-clay') printing process. This involves the spraying of
archival-quality inks on acid-free watercolor paper to developing a continuous tone
similar to the original watercolor.
